Introduction

The Group operates in an open and democratic way with all meetings being open to members and meeting minutes being freely available.

A monthly meeting of the General Committee is normally held on every third Thursday in the month at 7.00 pm in the Fair-Play Centre, Alexandra Road West, Chesterfield. Car users are requested to use free parking at the far end of Mecca Bingo car park and use the walk way to the Centre. All parking there is for disabled users. 

Elections to the Committee are held annually and the full participation of members is welcomed.
