Introduction

The Group operates in an open and democratic way with all meetings being open to members and meeting minutes being freely available.

A monthly meeting of the General Committee is normally held on every third Thursday in the month at 7.30 pm in the Public Library Committee rooms, Chesterfield.

Elections to the Committee are held annually and the full participation of members is welcomed.
